The printer is so fast but I never could figure out who the manufacturer is (which is what my computer said it needed to ‘configure’).It says it’s compatible to chromebook which is why I even got it. I’ve already had to return 2 that wouldn’t work with my computer or my phone. I wanted them to work with Both. I called the ‘help’ line. Some guy that could barely speak English and had an attitude keeps telling me to hook it up with the USB cord. I already had done that. He was clearly at home with kids. I could hear them so it’s no wonder he didn’t want to mess with me. I get that because I have kids. BUT, that’s supposed to be his job. If he can’t help he shouldn’t be paid.All I asked was how do I find the manufacturer, he never answered my question. I got tired of him acting like I was the one doing something wrong. He didn’t answer the one question I asked. I hung up. I finally figured out how to print the label after 15 steps. I’m sure some of that could be cut out somehow once I get it figured out but I don’t know cause there’s no one to actually answer the question I had apparently.When I figured it out it printed super fast and it wasn’t a bad quality. I think the product is worth the money for sure but the lack of actual customer support is why I didn’t give it a high rating.Love this printer, it works great with my computer.Simple set up, easy to use app, fast printing, clear qualityI relt like it us easy and bluetooth wich i don't need internetLove my first thermal printer. Very easy setup especially since I’m using my phone rathe than laptop. Haven’t set up on laptop yet though. Would give it five stars but not really liking the quality of printing. It’s very dotty. I do love how much faster it is to print labels from this rather than my regular printer. Will definitely be saving up on ink and tile. Look forward to continued use and hopefully it works great when I actually have to start printing more labels out. Will update if anything come up. PS.I LOVE that it came with a stand. I had no idea that it did so I was pleasantly surprised when I received one. Thank you.This printer worked great for about 2-3 weeks. Now all the labels come out spotty with defects in the barcode making it useless. I ordered a replacement so we will see how that one holds up.Printer works great and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Would recommend.I bought this thermal printer as my Etsy business has continued to grow and grow to the point where for a couple of months it has been crazy busy and I am constantly at the post office in queues and holding up the queue too whilst they process all my parcels.The set up of this printer was so easy! its literally plug and go. It took me a little while to realise I was doing it wrong as I hadn't selected the size format of the postage label I wanted to print in Etsy before sending it to the printer. Once I spotted this the problem was solved and away I go.The only thing I've found so far that is negative is that sometimes it feeds 2 labels through when I only need one, so prints on one and then sends a blank one through behind it which you can't reverse without opening up the inside and putting the label feed back to where it was. Bit annoying as I hate waste.I have also been using it to print off small round stickers which are fun and also allow me to create my own pretty stickers. I pop all of my parcels in the local parcel postbox which saves me loads of time and means I can do it of an evening too.Love this little printer. Easy to set up & print.This is the 2nd I have ordered in 2 weeks.The 1st machine came with a label holder to put rolls of labels on for easier feed. The 2nd machine has the label holder missing which is very disappointing and the reason I chose this brand over a similar more well known brand.Hopefully the seller will see this and contact me to provide the missing item. In der Anleitung gibt es einen Verweis auf ein Video, in dem die wichtigsten Schritte erklärt werden.Zunächst einmal verbindet man den Drucker mit dem Kabel und dem einen Netzteiladapter, anschließend kommt das USB-Kabel in den Drucker und dem PC. Dann wird der Drucker mit dem Stromnetz an den Drucker angeschlossen verbunden, nun wird der Thermodrucker mit dem Netzschalter, der sich oben befindet, eingeschaltet, anschließend muss eine Etiketten-Erkennung gemacht werden, wie es in der Anleitung ausführlich beschrieben, damit die Etiketten korrekt bedruckt werden. Anschließend müssen die Treiber mittels des beigefügten USB Treiber Stick heruntergeladen werden. Auf dem Stick ist der entsprechende Link angegeben, hiernach wird der Treiber dann installiert und der Drucker wird eingerichtet.Wichtig ist, den Etikettendrucker Standarddrucker festzulegen. In den Druckeinstellungen muss dann die Größe des Etiketts eingeben werden. Anschließend kann man sein vorab erstelltes Etikett nach Wunsch ausdrucken. Die Erstellung kann in einem beliebigen Schreibprogramm erfolgen. Die Schrift ist gut lesbar und das Drucken geht blitzschnell, man muss sich am Anfang ein bisschen auseinandersetzen, um genau die richtige Größe der Etiketten festzulegen, wenn man das einmal raus hat, geht es wirklich ruckzuck. Diese bedruckten Etiketten sehen gut aus und man kann sie für viele Zwecke verwenden. Nicht nur als Adressaufkleber, sondern auch um z.b. Vorratsgläser zu beschriften. Der Drucker ist klein (21 x 10 x 8 x cm) und nimmt so auch nicht viel Platz weg auf dem Schreibtisch, Verarbeitung und Handhabung sind gut. Wer öfters Etiketten druckt, für den lohnt sich so ein Drucker auf jeden Fall.Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist angemessen.
