So I had problems with it at first but mostly because I was not understanding why it was not working. so, eventually I went to their website, I typed in Netum download install for my brand computer; and clicked on the website link and it brought me to the downloading barcodes page , that’s how I was able to download it . Then I went to YT they have a YT Video on how to install everything and I followers the directions from there.
