Bought a tango in 2020 and when it works it’s great but it’s incredibly fussy and mostly I end up printing the information page over and over. You are held hostage by the ink subscription system and trust me, they do not care nor does the ink ever arrive.Really it’s a great purchase if you’ve ever wanted to climb Mt Everest bc after owning this printer you will want to climb it merely to throw yourself off in frustration. Need some drama in your life, but this printer. Miss the people who work at all night FedEx centers, you’ll be frantically driving in the middle of the night bc you just never know if it will print or not. If you want drama in your life there is no bigger diva than this printer. We own 2 and it’s the same with both. Then randomly it’ll print a few pages and you’ll trick yourself into thinking your long lost love is returning bc the feeling is the same, you’re astonished it printed with no drama but rest assured it’ll only print the info page again…and again and again. I’m certain I’ve printed more printer information pages than actual documents. If you’re bored or you’ve decided you want to learn how to handle frustration better this is the printer for you. It’s a lot of work and every time I turn it on I hold my breath wondering if it’s going to work or not. It’s like a guy who’s just not into you but throws you breadcrumbs of hope occasionally only to make you feel like a complete fool once again. Please excuse me now, I’m about to head up Mt Everest.
