The printer works great and prints fast. You have to download the HP Smart app to set it up. Took forever to get it to connect to my wifi. Not one I would order again.use at home, like this model, had the last one over 10 yrs.I like the compact size of this All-in-One printer and it prints and scans well. I was disappointed that it doesn’t print on both sides automatically. You have to turn the paper over and run it through the printer on the second side.Home use.The printer was very easy to set up and was easy to add to or connect to my network. I can print from my computer which is directly connected to it, or from my cell phone.Nothingold name brand printer died, this works great ,from iphone , laptop. Used for home use not constant , daily , but easy to use and down load to your home and phone for set up. Satisfied with this.My elderly mother needed a new printer and was on a budget. Her use needs are modest, so we opted out of the auto refill ink option. I believe that the set up gets intentionally more difficult when you chose that path way forward in the configuration and set up, so I ended up wasting over an hour getting this bloody thing to print. HP should be able to do better than this.
