The label printer is easy setup and the label came out fast and cleanly. But the software it comes with doesn't work for my MAC. Have to go to their website to download the app. All in all, I would say this is a pretty good thermal printer.Bought this to use as a less expensive option to make UPS labels however, using the general UPS.com shipping site, this comparative model the manufacturer says is compatible is out of date and no long supported. Meaning, you can’t direct print from their website to the printer. It’s a little longer process to just generally print but, if you adjust the print settings to “no margins / scale to 100” it prints out fine.It works great with Amazon. I can't get it to work with Ebay. I've downloaded their drivers, their adobe type software, and the orientation and size of the print are never right. There are setup instructions for numerous selling sites but the one's for Ebay do not mach current Ebay.Nice label printer, built well with good material. Also, it prints very fast and cleanly prints. It came with printing one roll. It did take me some time to install, but customer service did help me out.I would give this product a four Star out of Five. And it is a great price.I tried setting this up with my Hp laptop, but apparently it’s not compatible with the software installed on that. I was able to set it up with my MacBook. I just don’t use that one often because it’s a bit old now. So I don’t recommend this unless you have a MacBook or an older PC computer/laptop.~~Pros~~+ We got this to print labels for items at our ice cream shop. It works great for that.+ We can print square, rectangle, and round labels for our various items at the shop.+ This is so convenient to use, we love it.+ We can use both roll and fold labels with it, but most of our smaller labels come in rolls.+ It comes with software that’s easy to install and use.+ The printer is quiet while in use. It’s even quieter when it’s not in use.+ It’s pretty easy to switch out rolls of different types of labels.~~Cons~~- This wastes a label each time we turn on the printer. It’s not a huge deal since the labels we use are so inexpensive, but it could be a problem for others.- This is not a WiFi or a bluetooth printer. It must connect to a computer through the included cable.- The software and the driver were troublesome to install since the computer kept recognizing it as malicious. We worked around that and haven’t had any issue like that since.-----Diamond's Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?):1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations4 STAR - I like it.
