Installed the fuser from this kit.*Verified the fuser was in it's fully locked position, as per instruction.*Whenever the paper transport begins, a ratcheting noise occurs at the fuser.If I lift up on the fuser (it moves about 3/16" ) the ratcheting noise stops.The noise was due to poor engagement of the drive gear that turns the fuser rollers. (causing the gear to skip)I am contacting this seller, and will update this review afterwords.We have installed several maintenance kit for our printer over the last 5 years. This is the first time there's been an issue. The fuser failed after two days of use.Mostly right. The box says 600 series maintenance kit but the manual feed rollers are not correct. We don't use the manual feed so it isn't a problem for us but you probably need to be aware in case you do. Shipping and packing are good.Great product but has way more rollers than one needsThe product was as advertised, an original HP Fuser kit. Arrived way earlier than expected too. Product sold by S.O.M.A. Inc.Purchased for a computer lab at a college and it was delivered lightening fast and saved students time without a printer.Bought this and installed it. Worked for one day and then stopped working. Had to pay an HP tech to come out and tell us it was defective. Couldn't return it for a replacement because their rules are you have to have the original packaging, unaltered, etc. to get one. Threw out original packaging because it was working the first day. You may want to order directly from HP.Product was not HP branded and did not include the secondary geared feed rollers that are normally included in the HP maintenance kit. No instructions were included.
