I had some original problems with connecting it to my chrome book, which I expected because it was not mentioned as an option to connect to. When I reached out to customer service they were able to provide a video and a google chrome extension that allowed me to connect my printer to the chrome book. 10/10 Bridy especially was very helpful with customer service.I have had this for a few months and got it at 89 dollars. So far found this is a good label maker but has some quirks. The package comes with a USB drive with the installers but you will have to go to the sellers website for user guides to particular web site such as Esty or Amazon to format the labels. For some I see it can being a technical task but for me a IT Technician by profession it easy. It does have a habit of going to sleep and double feeding the labels or double printing but since I get my label for free from UPS I don't mind too much but other might object to a lost label. As for the print out it is clear to make out letter fonts and can be barcode scanned which is why you and I want it. This is a one to buy if you have the know how and patience to set it up, and dont want to pay 189+ For Dymo model. Also got a nice surprise gift.I used this printer one time it worked great then it stopped working. I was sent a replacement thermal printer and it works good. I did have to change the label sizing on Etsy and also in my printer setting I had to change the size from 100% to 95%. Just so the label will print everything on it. You do have to have three or more sheets of paper in the printer or it will spit out your paper.It’s hard to find the link to download the serverPrinter is very good. Easy to load and no jams and no label wastes. Support is good too. If you have any problem setting up the size or f the label just ask the support and they will remote login and setup for you. Very easy to quickly start working and printing labels within 10 minutes.Prints super fast. Was super easy to set up. Would definitely recommend. Works great for our small business.This printer works well. I haven't had any problems getting it to work consistently on windows 10 printing shipping labels for ebay.
